Bryan Konefsky will present at the 56th Ann Arbor Film Festival
Thursday 3/22 10AM – 12PM
High Fructose Cinema and The Movie Industrial Complex: Radicalizing The Technology of Representation in a Domestic Kind of Way.
“High Fructose Cinema…” is a live performance built out of Bryan Konefsky’s years as an essay filmmaker. In this work (which might have been titled “Stewing In His Own Juices”) Konefsky reaches back to a proto-cinematic moment from his childhood as a way of beginning his search for cinematic independence.
